Tonye Aganaba performing at The Drake Underground in Toronto - February 23, 2017
On a breezy afternoon in Toronto, hundreds of protesters gathered in front of the US consulate to protest President Trump's recent executive order suspending immigration from Muslim Majority countries. You can read more about it here.
After hearing the commotion outside my window I decided to jump into the mix and grab a few snaps. This was a pretty tame protest. No burning cars or fist fights as far as I know, but I didn't stick around for the whole parade so maybe I missed it.
May we live in interesting times...
Some recent real estate photography. This location was in the King West area and presented some challenging lighting. It was early in the morning and the sun was shining directly into the balcony window which created a lot of contrast and shadows. I shot this space using multiple exposures and combining them into an HDR image to capture the wide range of tones.
